Million dollar view!  Bring the boat and tie up at this beautiful multi-level condo.  The upstairs balcony offers a gorgeous view of the serene canal.  Sit outside and sip on a cool drink or soak up the sun on the deck.  The beach is minutes away and Schlitterbahn Waterpark is up the road.   This stylish 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit has two king beds, one full, and a sofa sleeper; also an air mattress in the closet (offered as a convenience item) to comfortably sleep 8+ guests.  The upstairs master bedroom has a private entrance and balcony as well as bathroom.  Each bedroom has a balcony and full bathroom inside.  The kitchen has a wet bar, all dishes and cookware provided.  Unit is fully furnished with all necessary linens.  Cable and internet are available.  Boat slip and trailer parking accessible as well.  Bring all of your friends or the whole family.  This condo has the perfect layout for a memorable vacation. Enjoy some of the local attractions during your stay. You'll be minutes away from Schlitterbahn Water Park, Funtrackers with go-carts and bumper boats, Treasure Island for mini golf, and horseback riding at Horses on the Beach. Or head into town and go see some of the places that make Corpus Christi beautiful. Enjoy the famous Texas State Aquarium, South Texas Botanical Gardens, The USS Lexington, or Hurricane Alley Water Park. Have some fun or do some shopping at Get Air, Bowlero, and La Palmera Mall.     Good location. A/C actually worked well until the day we left. Was not cooling that morning. Several of the vertical blinds are broken or missing on the sliding doors. No overhead light in bedroom with full bed. Restroom for upstairs bedroom has low ceiling, not conducive for someone who is taller than 5’10”. Refrigerator smelled and was off when we arrived. We had to use our ice chests to preserve groceries while refrigerator/freezer cooled down the first night. Would have been nice to have access to the garage to store beach gear rather than having to take everything upstairs to store on the balcony. Part of rail cover on balcony was not attached. Front right burner on the electric stove does not work as the coil is broken.

    I have rented from the rental management co for many years never had an issue until this unit.we arrived at the unit it was warm inside. Tried our best to keep doors closed and kids outside in hopes it would cool down notified management that day. We closed all blinds storm doors ect in order to keep the heat out. Middle of the night we finally got the house down to 75 which the thermostat was set on 70. Next day same thing ac tech arrived Around 1 spent an HR there and came to the conclusion that nothing could be done due to the age of the inside unit being 30 yrs old. Got up to 80 that day.we left the following day. Never heard from management about a discounted rate for next trip or to even ask how it was in the unit. Really disappointed

    We have been staying at Puenta Vista for almost 20 years on average 2-3 times a year. #247 is the first time I have seen this layout. It was slightly inconvenient to have to walk thru one bedroom to get to the upper bedroom. However most of the 3 bedroom units only have 2-2 1/2 bathrooms and this unit has three. If you are going with family or close friends then the bedroom situation is completely worth it.

    We have stayed on that location before in a different condo. That’s the reason we were excited to go back. This particular unit was not all what we expected. The areas walking in needs more cleaning. We walk in unit they r outside patio painting the floor inside and sofas were dirty. The patio area was dirty stuff outside wires as we walked out. Next day we eating lunch here comes the guys again working in patio while we are all there trying to eat. The sink in one room never worked. Dnt get us wrong we loved our get away but paticular unit needs a lot of work on it some TLC.
